Catawba Island to be incorporate on experience tour

PORT CLINTON — Firelands Adventure Excursions of Sandusky ideas to start a tour of historical websites on Catawba Island.

According to the proprietors of the organization, Dick Ries and Jim Ervin, a two-hour excursion to highlight landmarks and heritage web-sites alongside Ohio 53 and West Catawba Highway will be available 2 times every month. Guests will be transported in a weather-managed, wheelchair-available van with an amplified seem procedure and Tv watch.

Written content of the tour was established by the Catawba Island Historic Modern society, takes its Union Chapel Museum volunteers on a related Island journey to familiarize them with nearby specifics, legends and lore.  A part of the payment billed by Firelands Journey Excursions will go towards supporting museum activities.
